We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to design and deliver high-impact visual content across our e-commerce brands. This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer with strong ownership, excellent execution, and the ability to work efficiently with modern design and AI tools in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop high-performing digital and print assets, including banners, email templates, advertisements (Meta ads), social media visuals, and website creatives tailored for e-commerce brands;
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs by maintaining and evolving brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layouts, and visual standards);
- Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and AI tools to produce high-quality, scalable design assets;
- Apply AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive design tasks and optimize creative workflows;
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal teams, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure smooth execution and strong results;
- Maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring easy access and long-term usability;
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving visual output.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work;
- Proven experience designing for e-commerce brands;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma;
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition;
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted design tools;
- Ability to clearly present and explain design work to stakeholders;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
