About the Role 
We are hiring a senior strategic professional to partner with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Innovation. This role drives high-impact operational projects, focusing on digital transformation and emerging technologies, including Generative AI (GenAI). 

You will lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders, and ensure effective execution that delivers measurable value. The role also champions innovation and agility by embedding new ways of working and enabling responsible GenAI adoption. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Delivery & Execution 

• Partner with the Director to develop, refine, and execute Operations strategy and priorities. 

• Mobilize strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives and measurable business benefits. 

• Assure complex projects end-to-end, including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery oversight. 

Analysis & Insights 

• Provide high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations to inform senior-level decisions. 

• Break down complex challenges into structured, practical workplans. 

• Develop business cases, delivery plans, and success metrics to track benefits realization. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to align expectations and drive progress. 

• Facilitate workshops and decision forums to ensure clarity and alignment. 

• Escalate risks and trade-offs with clear options for resolution. 

Digital Transformation & GenAI Adoption 

• Identify and execute Generative AI and digital transformation use cases aligned with strategy. 

• Support capability building, training, and responsible AI adoption with appropriate governance. 

• Monitor impact and provide insights for continuous improvement. 

Customer-Centric Approach 

• Incorporate customer needs into strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and experience. 

• Leverage data and technology to deliver improved outcomes for internal and external customers. 

Requirement 

• Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 

• Prefer 5+ yrs experience in a strategic, consulting, Digital transformation, or internal advisory role. 

• Proven ability to independently deliver complex, ambiguous initiatives in a matrixed environment. 

• Strong understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies, including Generative AI. 

• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, exercising judgment, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. 

• A track record of contributing to innovation, transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.
