About the Role:

In this role, you will lead or coordinate project planning, resource allocation, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting for online content projects. You will ensure project results meet requirements for technical quality, reliability, schedules, and cost.

This is a developing professional role, requiring working knowledge of project management practices. You will address routine challenges, apply standard procedures, and receive moderate guidance from more senior team members as you continue to grow your expertise.

You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate quality standards. You will also facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, including updates on project status, variances, and changes in technical direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects and resources involved in the development and release of new and updated products.

  • Ensure projects stay within budget and are launched on schedule.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify subject matter experts and peer reviewers; ensure timely submission of deliverables; manage payments and required documentation.

  • Develop comprehensive and realistic project schedules covering all activities involved in product development and launch.

  • Track and report project progress, and forecast final targets.

  • Liaise with distribution and development partners to identify business requirements and resolve issues.

  • Troubleshoot concerns raised by internal and external customers.

  • Lead regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to support timely launches and proactively address challenges.

  • Work with product owners, marketing, sales, and client services teams to plan and execute client and stakeholder communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and databases. Experience with QuickBase is a plus.

  • Experience collaborating across teams.

  • Experience using Agile methodologies as they apply to content development.
