• Warm, pre-qualified leads only (no prospecting)
• Direct access to existing Medicare clients
• Proven, structured annuity sales process
• Base salary + uncapped bonuses
• Leadership, training, and marketing support
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Conduct consultative sales appointments focused on annuities and retirement income
• Partner with Medicare Agents to identify annuity opportunities
• Present compliant, client-aligned solutions
• Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and closing
• Maintain carrier and product knowledge
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
• Active Florida 2-15 license
Preferred:
• Series 6, 7, 63, or 65
Experience & Traits:
• 3+ years of annuity, life insurance, or retirement sales experience
• High-volume inside sales or call center background preferred
• Proven consultative closing ability
• Competitive, motivated, and coachable
• Organized, process-driven, and accountable
