We are looking for a results-driven Buisness Developement Executive good in Outbound Sales  to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and experienced in selling IT or digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound sales activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Identify and approach potential clients in UAE, GCC, and international markets
  • Pitch Element8’s services:
  • Web & App Development
  • Digital Marketing
  • Branding & Creative Solutions
  • Schedule meetings and product/service demos with decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, closures, and onboarding
  • Track outreach performance and optimize sales strategies.

    Requirements

    2-5+ years of experience in outbound sales / IT sales / digital agency sales
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience selling digital or IT services is highly preferred




     
Salary: 2000 - 3000 AED Per month
