Overview

Are you ready to lead transformative technology programmes across a TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) market leader?

 

Element are seeking an accomplished Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programmes within a global, matrixed organization. Reporting to the VP of Global Lab Technology, the ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technology programme delivery, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and disciplines.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programmes in Connected Technologies and Mobility (CT&M)
  • Drive collaboration across global teams and business units
  • Ensure LIMS are aligned and supporting the strategic objectives of the BU
  • Provide support for the Business as Usual LIMS operations, including identifying any transformation opportunities
  • Engage senior stakeholders and manage vendor relationships
  • Implement governance frameworks and ensure programme health
  • Travel internationally to key sites and stakeholders

Skills / Qualifications

  • 10+ years in programme management, with 5+ years in large-scale technology delivery
  • Strong knowledge of MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • PMP, MSP, or equivalent certification preferred
