About this role

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Driver/Assistant Civil Laboratory Technician to join our growing team.

 

Candidates should have a valid driving license for the region and ideally have gained minimum experience in construction material testing either with a commercial test house or contractor.

This postion will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist/Perform soil, concrete and aggregate testing
  • Assist/Conduct density test
  • Sampling of concrete for compression and flexural test
  • Assist/Conduct slump testing
  • Have an idea/conduct asphalt testing(preferable)
  • Deliver and collect samples and reports to/from the respective entities

Skills / Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate should have a diploma/degree in Civils with at least 1-2 year experience in similar role
  • The candidate shall be good in communication and have ability to work in teams under work under pressure.
  • Holds valid UAE license 3, preferably 5 or 6
  • Extensive knowledge of UAE roads and routes
  • Proven track record of safe driving
