About this role

Overview

Element recrute un(e) Responsable Développement Commercial pour piloter un portefeuille de clients sur un secteur géographique dédié. Votre rôle : développer les ventes de l’ensemble de nos services, fidéliser les clients existants, réactiver les comptes dormants et conquérir de nouveaux marchés, tout en contribuant à la stratégie commerciale du groupe.

 

Responsibilities

  • Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les décideurs et influenceurs des comptes assignés.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vente (prospection, analyse des besoins, proposition de solutions, négociation et closing).
  • Accroître le chiffre d’affaires en développant les comptes existants et en réactivant d’anciens clients.
  • Suivre et analyser les tendances du marché afin d’anticiper les besoins clients.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier (volumes de ventes, secteurs, régions, potentiel de croissance).
  • Participer activement à la représentation d’Element auprès des clients, partenaires et associations professionnelles.
  • Utiliser le CRM pour assurer un suivi précis et fiable des activités commerciales.

Skills / Qualifications

    • Expérience confirmée (5 à 8 ans) dans un rôle commercial, idéalement dans un environnement technique, industriel ou scientifique.
    • Formation Bac+4/5, idéalement en sciences des matériaux (ou équivalent).
    • Connaissance des essais, de la métallurgie ou des composites appréciée.
    • Capacité à comprendre et interpréter des procédures techniques.
    • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (CRM, Pack Office).
    • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, sens de la négociation et de la relation client.
    • Flexibilité et disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents (jusqu’à 75%).
    • Autonomie, esprit d’initiative et capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement exigeant.
