What you'll do:

As a Total Rewards Specialist LA you will be responsible for conducting and leading many of the Compensation processes across the LA region, ensuring the accordance with internal policies and labor legislations. This process involves a lot of contact with other HR functions and business leaders. If you have great analytical and collaborative skills and are always up to date with the latest trends, this is your chance! In detail, you will:

- Use Compensation tools and methodologies to make decisions around direct pay, indirect pay and not financial pay

- Ensure that our Compensation practices are in accordance with labor legislations;

- Conduct researches around Compensation trends and market practices in order to determine salary ranges and benefits;

- Drive the yearly goal definition for bonus payment and calculate it by the end of the period;

- Run the annual salary review process across all LA countries and specify promotions and salary adjustments;

- Lead regional projects;

- Elaborate new processes and policies across the region, ensuring the accordance with internal policies;

- Support HRBP and Leaders in organizational structures and discuss and approve salary changes;

- Make roles evaluation considering the methodologies used, ensuring internal equity and market attractiveness;

- Provide assistance with global mobility processes, with the support of specialized agencies;

- Make sure that all proposed conditions are paid for cross country movements.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Who you are:

You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or related fields;

- Solid work experience with Total Rewards processes;

- Knowledge of point-factor job evaluation methodologies, such as Hay, GGS, or Mercer;

- Knowledge of Office Package, with Excel and PowerPoint domain;

- Knowledge of expatriate processes is desirable;

- Advanced English;

- Advanced Spanish is desirable.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
