What you’ll do:

Due to the successful growth of the business, we are looking for a candidate to join us at Latam R&D Home Comfort Team.  The  candidate  will  be  involved  on  Air  Care  development  for  Latin  America  Market.  The  successful candidate will coordinate a project team in a cross-functional environment, will be responsible for the execution and the reporting of the respective project in the given time frame, cost target and quality level.

In detail, you will:

- Lead, plan, execute, and implement projects according deadlines and timeline.

- Manage timeline, budget, investments, quality and cost constraints in order to meet project scope

- Define  project  scope,  goals,  and  deliverables  that  support  business  goals  in  collaboration  with  senior management and stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation.

- Coordinate  and  manage  project  team  activities,  ensuring  roles  and  responsibilities  are  clear  and  team

members are motivated.

- Monitor project progress regularly, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

- Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

- Organize weekly FUP meetings with the project team

- Report/Present in Check Point meetings with the steering committee stakeholders (create,organize and prepare meetings and CP materials)

- Keep  a  clear  communication,  engagement,  collaboration  and  alignment  within  different  areas  of  the company.

- Fully apply the company’s programs, policies and objectives

- This position may involve occasional travel and flexible working hours to accommodate project needs

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education background

- Good understanding of engineering, manufacturing and assembly principals

- Proven experience as a Project Manager managing complex projects in an R&D or technical environment

- Project management certification is a plus

- Experience with R&D processes or product development

- Awareness of ISO 9001 Quality Management

- Awareness of ISO 14001 Environmental Management

- Experience of working in a multicultural, international environment

- Relationship builder. You can work in a matrix organization, building strong and valid relationships with all the functions in the organization

- Team  oriented.  You  work  with  others  having  smooth  communication  skills  and  respect  for  cultural diversities

- Fluent English

 Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba Factory Plant, located in Guabirotuba. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling two to four times a year. Benefits include:
