Validate product specifications and conduct testing on:
Thermal safety
Energy consumption
Cooking performance
Noise level, EMC, and environmental impact (where applicable)
Component reliability and lifetime
Material performance (e.g. surface cleanability)
Support platform and technology teams in validation activities
Propose improvements to product design and testing methods
Maintain testing equipment in line with ISO9001 standards
Align test methodologies with global R&D teams and external labs
Participate in concept development, FMEA, and project teams
Support the introduction of new models into production
Who you are
A problem-solver with hands-on experience in testing and evaluation
Familiar with product development processes and authority approvals (e.g. EN, IEC, UL, CCC)
Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including modifications and fault finding
Proficient in testing methodologies (DoE, statistical analysis, CFD, Weibull)
Comfortable working with electric/electronic systems in a lab environment
Strong in technical writing and fluent in English (written and spoken)
A team player who thrives in a global, matrix organization
Open to travel and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Relevant degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in a testing laboratory or R&D environment
Strong computer skills (MS Office, MS Project)
Knowledge of IQ & EMS systems is a plus
