What you will do:
• Be proactive with factory leadership teams and influence strategy
• Take responsibility for the local IT environment (applications, infrastructure and workplace) and related assets, vendors and IT services being delivered within the factory in the Country
• Ensure a secure, reliable, available, compliant and cost-effective IT environment that meet requirements
• Monitor all IT solutions used within the factory and ensure that they comply with IT standards, fulfil the minimum-security requirements and follow established governance and service delivery processes
• Work with the IT teams at global level to maintain operational excellence in relation to IT solutions and services remotely delivered to the factories
• Facilitate a convergence of ideas & requirements with IT delivery, using a strong operations and IT experience
• Work with factory leadership teams to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Proactively manage the IT related project portfolio and pipeline, assisting to facilitate measurements of benefits resulting from IT investments
• Identify opportunities for driving innovation and process excellence to enable one Electrolux, acting as main reference for IT related initiatives/projects driven at BA EA and/or group level,
• Ensure proper participation in steering committees in relation to IT related projects
• Be responsible for the IT budgets
Who you are:
You hold a university degree in IT and have at least 5 years previous experience in roles within manufacturing units working with ERP/MRP and/or production control systems. You are an experienced line manager.
