About this role
We are looking for a motivated IT Specialist CFC apprentice to join our Information Technology department. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple IT domains, including operations, infrastructure, customer service, and cybersecurity, while working alongside experienced professionals.
What you will learn:
- 1st Year:
- Prepare and set up computers and devices for employees
- Provide IT support and services to users
- 2nd Year:
- Help manage IT infrastructure
- Learn how systems and networks work in a professional environment
- 3rd Year:
- One-year internship with ECS, focused on customer service and user support
- 4th Year:
- One-year internship in the Security Department
- Learn the basics of IT security and best practices

- You are comfortable with math
- You have a good level of English (some meetings are held in English)
- You enjoy working with people and communicating
- You are curious, motivated, and passionate about IT
