דרוש.ה מפעיל.ת מכונת SMT מנוסה להשתלבות בקו ייצור טכנולוגי ומתקדם
התפקיד כולל תפעול שוטף של המכונות והציוד נלווה במחלקה כחלק מהתהליך
תחומי אחריות:
הפעלה, כיוון והזנה של מכונת ה SMT, מדפסת משחה ובניית פרופיל טמפרטורה לתנור Reflow
קליטת זוודים לעבודה, ביצוע Setup מלא לקו הייצור על פי פקודות עבודה ותוכניות הייצור
טעינת Feeders ובניית Package
בדיקת איכות בתהליך של הכרטיסים מורכבים (עבודה מול מכונת AOI)
דיווח ייצור שוטף במערכת הERP/SHOP FLOOR -
טיפול בתקלות טכניות בסיסיות(First Line Support)
ביצוע תחזוקה בסיסית למכונות
דרישות התפקיד:
ניסיון קודם של 5 שנים ומעלה כמפעיל.ת SMT
הנדסאי.ת אלקטרוניקה - יתרון
ניסיון עבודה עם מכונה מסוג – Mycronic / My Data יתרון
ניסיון עבודה עם מכונת X-ray - יתרון משמעותי
ניסיון עבודה עם מכונת AOI - יתרון
היכרות עם תקני IPC (בעיקר (IPC-A-610 - יתרון
יכולת קריאת שרטוטים טכניים והוראות עבודה באנגלית
נכונות לעבודה במשמרות ושעות נוספות לפי הצורך
דיוק, ירידה לפרטים, יכולת עבודה בצוות ובסביבה דינמית
משמעת עצמית ושמירה על נהלי בטיחות קפדניים
