תחומי אחריות
איסוף, הקמה וניתוח מסדי נתונים, בניית דוחות ופרזנטציות, עבודה שוטפת עם מערכות מידע ויישומי Office, אפיון והטמעת מערכות וכלים עם אינטגרציות לכלי AI/BI/ERP
ניהול אתר אגפי, תמיכה במדיניות האגף, משימות אד-הוק (תקציבים, דוחות הנהלה, מדריכים, מעקב יעדים), קניינות טקטית והוצאת הזמנות, ניתוח מידע חיצוני והפקת תובנות, ניהול ומעקב פרויקטים ותהליכים, תיעוד מסמכים, בקרה על סטטוסים לרבות עבודה מול ממשקים רלוונטים בחטיבות ובמטה
הובלת אוטומציה ושימוש ב-AI לשיפור רכש ושרשרת אספקה, הערכת ויישום כלים מתקדמים (ERP, AI), חיזוי/ניהול סיכונים והובלת פרויקטים חוצי-ארגון
השכלה
תואר ראשון בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול / כלכלה / מערכות מידע או תחום רלוונטי אחר - חובה
הסמכת PMI/PMP, הכשרה/קורסים בבינה מלאכותית - יתרון
ניסיון מקצועי
3+ שנות ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים - חובה
3+ שנות ניסיון בתחום תפעולי/עסקי
רקע אנליטי (Business Analyst / FP&A וכד') משמעותי
ניסיון בהובלת תהליכים וניהול מטריציוני
ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות מידע
יכולות טכניות גבוהות והבנה של מבני נתונים, ניסיון בעולם שרשרת האספקה
ניסיון בסביבה מורכבת ורבת ממשקים
כלים וטכנולוגיות
שליטה מלאה במערכות BI ,שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel במסגרת Microsoft 365

What you'll do
- The PMO will be responsible for collecting, establishing, and analyzing databases, building reports and presentations, and supporting the department's policies. Additionally, the role involves project management, process documentation, and leading automation initiatives using AI.
