אנחנו מגייסים מהנדסת מערכת בתחילת דרכה לצוות Operational System Engineering בחטיבה הימית, שעובד על מערכות מתקדמות בתחום השליטה והבקרה (C2) ומערכות אוטונומיות ליישומים צבאיים. זו הזדמנות להשתלב בסביבה חדשנית ודינמית, לקחת חלק בעיצוב חוויית המשתמש והקונספט המבצעי, ולהשפיע על הדרך שבה טכנולוגיות עתידיות ייראו ויפעלו.
במסגרת התפקיד:
הגדרה ותכנון של מערכות ימיות מתקדמות בדגש על קונספט מבצעי, דרישות מערכת וחוויית משתמש (UX)
פיתוח מסמכי CONOPS, תהליכי עבודה מבצעיים (Operational Workflows) וממשקי אדם‑מכונה (HMI) אינטואיטיביים
הובלת ניסויי משתמשים (User Trials), תמיכה בתהליכי פיתוח ובדיקות, ותיקוף מערכות בתרחישים מציאותיים
עבודה מול צוותי פיתוח והנדסה, ושיתוף פעולה עם צוותי שיווק בישראל ובחו״ל
ניתוח נושאים מורכבים, הפקת תובנות והובלת תהליכים בסביבה משתנה
דרישות התפקיד:
תואר ראשון בהנדסה / מדעים מדויקים (או סטודנטית בשנה אחרונה)
יכולת למידה מהירה וניתוח של נושאים מורכבים
יכולת להוביל משימות ותהליכים בסביבה דינמית
כישורי תקשורת בין‑אישית מצוינים ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים
נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל - יתרון

What you'll do
