לחברת בת היושבת בראש העין דרוש/ה מנהל/ת בקרה תקציבית FP&A
תיאור התפקיד:
אחריות על תכנון ובקרה תקציבית של החברה והפרויקטים מקצה לקצה
ניתוח נתונים פיננסיים, בניית תחזיות, וביצוע בקרה שוטפת על הכנסות, הוצאות, תזרים מזומנים ושינויים בתקציב
עבודה צמודה עם גופי ההנדסה, התפעול והרכש לצורך איסוף נתונים, הבנת סטטוס פעילות וניתוח השפעות עסקיות
ביצוע בקרת פרויקטים הכוללת ניתוח פערים והצגת משמעויות ניהוליות
הכנת דוחות תקופתיים להנהלה והצגת תובנות עסקיות
מעורבות בתהליכי עומק כגון בניית תקציב שנתי, תחזיות שוטפות ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכי בקרה פיננסיים
תמיכה בתהליכי ERP ובשיפור תהליכים וכלים אנליטיים בארגון
דרישות התפקיד:
תואר ראשון בכלכלה / מנהל עסקים / חשבונאות
ניסיון של 3–5 שנים בבקרה תקציבית FP&A
ניסיון בעבודה מול ממשקי הנדסה/תפעול/רכש – יתרון משמעותי
היכרות עם תקינה ASC606 – יתרון
שליטה גבוהה מאוד ב-Excel ובכלי BI
ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP – ופריוריטי - יתרון
יכולת אנליטית גבוהה, ירידה לפרטים, ויכולת לזהות מגמות וחריגות
יכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית ומטריציונית, עבודה תחת לחץ וניהול מספר משימות במקביל
יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת לעבודת צוות לצד עבודה עצמאית
