About this role

Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. MISSIONS Machine/Vehicle preparation • Ensure the smooth functioning of the machine’s security devices (fire protection, mirrors, etc.) and the main pipes and hoses • Ensure the presence of pollution kits • Fill the machine/vehicle with fuel • Understand the machine’s capacities • Receive rental machines Building site installation • Organize and optimize loading/unloading operations • Set up equipment in line with the building site installation plan and the Site Supervisor’s instructions Machine/Vehicle operation • Know how to get in and out of the machine or vehicle properly • Follow the set course in the parking/working area • Check the positioning of buried networks, operating areas with specific risks, etc. • Store all certifications and the maintenance book inside the machine/vehicle and keep them handy • Stay informed of how to proceed in case of any machine/vehicle incident or failure Machine/Vehicle maintenance • Perform daily maintenance (fluid levels, visual inspection and upkeep) and weekly maintenance (e.g., cleaning crawler tracks, checking for worn parts, changing the oil, etc.) of machines/vehicles Eiffage machines/vehicles • Keep the machine’s service manual up to date • Perfom level one repairs on the machine Rental machines/vehicles • Notify the machine rental company of any failures or technical faults Building site withdrawal • Ensure the cleaning and tidying of the building site • Organize and optimize loading/unloading operations • Notify depot of equipment conditions (breakage, breakdown, shortage, etc.) SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES Earthworks • Digging and surfacing (platforms, trenches, banks, shoulders) • Backfilling and compaction Opening and closing of trenches • Digging simple trenches • Mechanically consolidating a trench • Building Backfill trenches Pipe laying: Laying piping components: pipes, valves, inspection chambers, etc. Coating • Applying asphalt emulsion coating • Implement and compact sand-gravel mixtures, asphalts, coatings, cold mix asphalts (ECF); perform machine adjustments Building deconstruction • Use demolition equipment: grippers, crushers, shears, hydraulic hammers, etc. most suited to the construction to be demolished • Sort, evacuate and remove materials CRANE OPERATOR Installation • Perform building site installation • Participate in installing large and small equipment: concrete mixer, compressor, concrete batching plant, etc. Building the foundations: Protect excavation floors Formwork • Participate in setting up the formwork for the foundations • Install the seal for hydraulic construction • Prepare and use outdoor work stations and platforms • Prepare and use climbing formwork • Participate in setting up complex formwork for the foundations Reinforcement • Assemble reinforcements (raft foundations, walls, veils and slabs) and those of pre-stressed constructions (beams, vessel walls, etc.) Concrete placing: Proceed with concrete application and vibration Shoring: Participate in the preparation and assembly/dismantling of scaffolding, access stairs and shoring Networks installation • Participate in hydraulic equipment installation • Prefabricated parts installation • Participate in installing standard (steps, slabs) and complex elements (beams, slabs, ferrules) Finishing • Complete traditional masonry • Level out and coat ROADS EQUIPMENT MIXER Supply procurement and distribution • Distribute supplies across building site • Align roller track with construction layout Set up a safety barriers building site • Install post piledriver • Build supports • Install smooth spacer, brace and fasteners • Adjust alignment and altimetry • Perform clamping • Remove supports, damaged sections and sections that need replacing • Complete buried ends and construction work connections JOB REQUIREMENTS Certificate of vocational aptitude for Machine/Vehicle Operators – public works/Quarries Engineer Vocational diploma Hands-on learning Compulsory authorizations: AIPR (Autorisation d’Intervention à Proximité des Réseaux) – authorization to intervene near networks, workplace first aid (SST), minimum safety training standards (SMS), slinging French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving (CACES) corresponding to the machine operated JOB ENVIRONMENT Reporting line: Team Leader – Site Supervisor – Works Supervisor – Equipment Manager Internal relations: Equipment Department – Workshops – Building Site Team External relations: Machine/Vehicle Repairman

Expérience :

Vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience professionnelle réussie dans un poste similaire.
