Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant - Saudi National to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication at all times
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Coordinate and assist with the planning of corporate events and meetings
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and visitors
  • Perform general office management duties, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned by executives

Qualifications

  • Saudi national with fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a corporate environment
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in calendar management and travel coordination
  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi business etiquette and cultural norms
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
