How the EFG Graduate Programme works?
Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group:
The EFG Graduate Programme comprises 3 professional paths in which you will equally experience our entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to excellence and innovative thinking.
If you choose the Digital and IT path, you will gain valuable experience in the technology-driven areas that support and transform EFG’s business operations.
In this path, you will complete a 6-month rotation in your preferred digital or IT function, allowing you to specialise and develop expertise in your chosen area. You will also undertake two additional 6-month rotations across different teams, broadening your understanding of how digital solutions and IT infrastructure drive the private banking industry.
