How the EFG Graduate Programme works?
Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group:
The EFG Graduate Programme comprises 3 professional paths in which you will equally experience our entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to excellence and innovative thinking.
If you choose the Corporate Functions path, you will gain hands-on experience and insight into the key areas that support and drive the success of EFG.
As part of this path, you will complete a 6-month rotation in your preferred corporate function, allowing you to specialise and deepen your expertise. You will also undertake two additional 6-month rotations across other business units, broadening your understanding of the private banking industry.
