About this role
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Performs credit request implementation and monitoring functions.
• Conducts filing, scanning and safekeeping of credit documents.
• Daily excess reporting and prepare/check credit control risk reports.
• Familiar with global / local directives, manuals and relevant local regulatory requirements for financial services products.
• Performs credit risk analsyis and approval (where applicable) on credit applications for new request and annual reviews.
• Handles enquiries on credit applications, credit product programs, approval conditions and documentation.
• Works with other members in Credit Department to perform ad hoc and other duties.
• Performs system testing.
Requirements:
• Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance or comparable degree
• Up to three years of experience in credit area under private banking industry. Somebody without direct experience will be considered if they show strong aptitude to learn.
• Knowledge in financial services products and local regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-pressure environment

What you'll do
- The Credit Administrator performs credit request implementation and monitoring, conducts filing and safekeeping of credit documents, and prepares credit control risk reports. They also handle enquiries related to credit applications and work with the Credit Department on various tasks.
