Key Responsibilities (for future CSO roles):

  • Receive, prepare, and process client instructions in line with internal procedures (authorizations, forms, signatures, transmission to relevant departments).
  • Manage investment instructions and corporate action events.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client files.
  • Follow up on pending issues and escalate as needed.
  • Serve as a contact for internal departments and as an alternative contact for clients.
  • Conduct research and prepare documentation as requested.
  • Support the Client Relationship Officer (CRO) in delegated tasks.
  • Monitor credit, operations, and risk according to established procedures.
  • Comply with the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations (Cross Border, AML, Clear Desk Policy, Absence Management).

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within private banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of private banking processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS).
  • Excellent proficiency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in standard IT systems; adaptable to new software.
  • Service-oriented, client-focused mindset; strong team player.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn.
