As we continue to</span><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size:12pt;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;white-space:normal;line-height:18.4px;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"><br></span><span>expand our operations, we are seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to join our</span><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size:12pt;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;white-space:normal;line-height:18.4px;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"><br></span><span>dynamic team.</span></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues including hardware,</p></li><li><p>software, networking, and peripherals.</p></li><li><p> Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner while maintaining</p></li><li><p>high levels of customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT</p></li><li><p>equipment.</p></li><li><p>Complete IT inductions and on-boarding/off-boarding of employees.</p></li><li><p>Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with</p></li><li><p>company policies.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and implement</p></li><li><p>proactive solutions.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications and</p></li><li><p>updates.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with 3rd party vendors, and raise purchase requests in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to documentation efforts including user guides, knowledge base</p></li><li><p>articles, and system configurations.</p></li><li><p>Participate in IT projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and</p></li><li><p>adherence to project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices to</p></li><li><p>continuously improve IT support services.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>2+ years of experience in an IT support role.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.</p></li><li><p>Good networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, IP etc)</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, Exchange Online,</p></li><li><p>JIRA, Slack and other enterprise IT systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact</p></li></ul>
