Workplace Experience Manager leads workplace culture initiatives and employee events while overseeing reception, facilities operations, vendors, and maintenance. Ensures compliance, safety, and operational continuity, manages facilities projects and office space planning, supports fleet processes, and drives budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Promote a positive workplace culture through organizing team-building activities, celebrating achievements, and fostering a sense of community among employees.  
  • Organizing and coordinating various office events such as AEM, Wellness program initiatives, workshops, Patient Experience and ERG events to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.  
  • Manage reception staff and ensure good guest experience for visitors, both internal and external.
  • Manage third-party facilities services staff for day-to-day maintenance, work requests and equipment repairs. 
  • Proactively seek and implement improved processes and tools to enhance productivity, lower costs, and better support customers.  
  • Plan construction/facilities projects and activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverable in partnership with corporate stakeholders to leverage expertise and align with global policies Manage vendor service providers, including negotiating prices for services such as janitorial, landscaping, IT, electrical, and plumbing.  
  • Ensure all facilities remain operational - maintenance of the access, support equipment is maintained in accordance with preventative maintenance system requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standard and guidelines.  
  • Optimize office layout to enhance productivity and comfort by arranging workstations, meeting rooms, and communal areas.  
  • Ensure Fleet management processes are completed  
  • Ensure facilities operations comply with established EHS programs, including waste management and other safety protocols.  
  • Lead annual fiscal planning; annual budget preparation, forecasting, analysis, reporting within assigned area of responsibility.

What you'll need (Required):

  • 6+ years of experience in office/facility operations and workplace experience management
  • Deep knowledge and hands‑on experience in workplace or facility management, including previous managerial accountability, team leadership, and project management
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak, and excellent English skills

  • Solid understanding of relevant business systems (e.g., Coupa, ECLM, Concur, Travel Request Processing) experience with these is a strong plus
