The person who joins us will provide Sales & Marketing support related to events, internal meetings and contract management. The role is office based in our Milan office and offers smart working.

How you will make an impact:

  • Coordination of education events and internal meetings with limited supervision.

  • Grant requests tracking, communication with HCPs making sure they are aware of MedTech compliance, being in charge of invitations and travelling arrangements.

  • Administration of sponsorships and event logistics, taking care of hotels, service providers and materials preparation.

  • Invoice management and budget management.

  • Safeguard internal and external compliance together with the sales team.

  • Oversee DRT, DSO, consignment contracts, turns & discards KPI's, complaints.

  • Manage, together with the sales teams, competition & tenders data collection.

  • Order and ensure translation of marketing materials with limited supervision.

  • Contracts management with limited supervision.

  • Liaison with legal department to ensure legislative requirements are met.

  • Other administrative support with limited supervision.

What you'll need (Required):

  • High school diploma and 2 years of related experience supporting teams.

  • Proficiency in both English and Italian is essential to perform the responsibilities of this position, any other language is a plus.

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Good computer knowledge in ERP application (e.g. JDE) and SFDC.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives.

  • Ability to prioritize competing objectives in a fast paced environment and under pressure.

  • Contacts are across the organization at all organizational levels and with external contacts.

  • Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner.

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements
