Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage on-ground marketing activities, BTL campaigns, and sales support initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field marketing experience, and the ability to execute marketing strategies effectively.
Preferred Candidate
• Gender: Male candidates preferred
• Experience: 2 to 3 years
Qualifications
• Graduation or Post-Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
Language Requirements
• English – Fluent
• Kannada – Mandatory
• Hindi – Preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute BTL activities, on-ground promotions, and field marketing campaigns
• Coordinate and manage event marketing, roadshows, stalls, and promotional activities
• Support the sales team in lead generation and brand visibility
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build relationships with local vendors, partners, and stakeholders
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Represent the brand professionally during events and promotions
Required Skills
• Experience in Sales, BTL Event Management, or On-Ground Marketing
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation and public interaction abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities
