Experience Required
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Coordinator
• Mandatory experience in a CBSE school
Qualification
• B.Ed is mandatory
• Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the Pre-Primary section effectively
• Plan, implement, and monitor the CBSE pre-primary curriculum
• Guide, mentor, and evaluate pre-primary teachers
• Ensure quality teaching standards and child-centric learning practices
• Coordinate with parents regarding student progress and development
• Organize academic planning, events, assessments, and activities
• Maintain discipline, documentation, and academic records
• Work closely with school management for smooth operations
Skills Required
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• In-depth knowledge of CBSE pre-primary framework
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
