Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Mathematics educator to join our academic team in Osmanabad, Maharashtra.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum for higher grades.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to support student learning outcomes.
- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide timely feedback.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with colleagues on academic planning, professional development, and school initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field; B.Ed. qualification mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in mathematics at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and proven ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Proficiency in curriculum delivery and assessment design aligned with state board standards.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
