Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in English to join our educational institution in Osmanabad, Maharashtra.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum for higher grades
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials that support diverse learning styles
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support academic improvement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes
- Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and academic planning
Requirements
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A. English) or equivalent
- B.Ed. qualification with a focus on English or secondary education
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school setting
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage students effectively
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and assessment
