Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT Mathematics Teacher to join our educational institution in Jannaram, Telangana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction to students in grades 6 through 10, fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts while cultivating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This role is vital in shaping students’ academic foundation and promoting a positive, engaging learning environment. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, utilize innovative teaching methods, and actively contribute to student development and curriculum enhancement.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum for grades 6–10
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote conceptual understanding and application
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student growth
- Use technology and interactive tools to enhance classroom learning
- Collaborate with teaching staff to align instructional strategies and share best practices
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development sessions
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field (B.Sc. or B.Ed. in Mathematics)
- Valid teaching certification (CTET or equivalent)
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in mathematics at the secondary level
- Strong command of mathematical concepts and pedagogical techniques
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and classroom management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for student-centered learning and academic excellence
