Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Chemistry Teacher to join our educational institution in Jannaram, Telangana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality chemistry instruction to students in grades 6 through 10, fostering a deep understanding of scientific concepts, and nurturing curiosity and critical thinking. This role is vital in building a strong academic foundation in science, promoting student engagement, and supporting holistic development through innovative teaching methods. The teacher will work collaboratively within a dynamic academic environment, contributing to curriculum implementation, student assessment, and classroom management.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective chemistry lessons aligned with the curriculum for grades 6–10
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that promote conceptual understanding and practical application
- Conduct hands-on experiments and laboratory sessions to enhance experiential learning
- Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and support individualized learning needs
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies and support curriculum development
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
Requirements
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (B.Sc.) and B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in grades 6–10
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners
- Proficiency in using digital tools and classroom technology for instruction
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
