About this role
· Planning and Delivering STEM & ROBOTICS curriculum at schools.
· Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.
· Attending to individual student needs and provide additional learning support when needed.
· Demonstrating various STEM products at schools and creating awareness of STEM within the students of different backgrounds and cultures.
· Communicating regularly with parents and authorities and other stakeholders when needed.
· Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
· Using learner data to constantly refine the existing curriculum.
· Assessing various stakeholders feedback and developing an action plan to improvise implementation process, Passionate about teaching and educating students and teachers, must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with students and aspirants.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
· B.E./ B.Tech/ BCA/ B.Sc. + M.Sc./ MTech./ MCA - Computer Science and Information Technology or a graduate degree (any) with science as a subject till 12th or Diploma in Engineering with a good understanding of IT technology and terminology.
· A minimum 2-3 years' experience in educational technology/ Publishing/ Academic Industry. strong connection in schools would be given additional preference.
· Young, dynamic within age group : 22-28 years.
· Hands on in MS office suite.
· Ability to work in teams.
· Freshers can apply with a relevant degree and have a passion to learn.
· Empathy and great interpersonal skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
