Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Commerce for +1 and +2 levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects
- Provide academic support and guidance to students
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a minimum of 55% marks
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent
- B.Ed qualification or eligibility for B.Ed
- Proven experience in teaching Commerce at the +1 and +2 level
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
