Salary: ₹upto 20000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with nursery curriculum standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
- Facilitate daily play-based learning activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, movement, and early literacy and numeracy exercises.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress through observation, informal assessments, and regular reporting to parents.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents through regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school-wide initiatives, events, and child development programs.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and child protection protocols.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (Nursery/Pre-primary) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Nursery Teacher Training Certificate (NTC) or recognized certification in early childhood education.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience teaching in a nursery or pre-primary setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom routines, materials, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for planning, reporting, and administrative purposes.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a collaborative and flexible mindset.
- Passion for child development and a genuine commitment to nurturing young learners.
- Willingness to work in Ambala, Haryana, with a flexible schedule during school hours.
