About this role
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Hindi department in line with CBSE curriculum and guidelines
- Plan curriculum, lesson frameworks, and assessment strategies
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate Hindi teachers for academic excellence
- Monitor student performance and implement improvement plans
- Ensure effective teaching methodologies and use of resources
- Coordinate departmental activities, competitions, and CBSE requirements
- Communicate with school leadership and parents as required
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Hindi
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Candidates having a PhD or Pursuing PhD would be an added advantage
- Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE school
- Prior experience as HOD or subject lead preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and curriculum planning skills
School Timings: 7:50 t0 3:35
Working Days: Monday to FridaySalary: 15% hike on current salary
