Job Description:

Then the Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.
As Receptionist, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the staff and customers. You will also answer telephones, greet and assist customers, enter data and perform other general office duties.
Successful Elements:
· Sign in customers on electronic sign in sheet and assess reason for customer visit, and provide resources and next steps, including directing to the appropriate team member or area
· Perform data entry of customer information into a database and all other data entry as required
· Oversee office and customer flow by developing plans for on-site events, answering telephones, maintaining office calendar in Microsoft Outlook, managing Center email account, disbursing mail, typing meeting notes, ordering office supplies, etc.
· Maintain knowledge of employment opportunities and training programs available to make accurate assessments and next steps
· Utilize electronic sign in sheets and organize customer traffic flow
· Print Center Recruitment Calendar and Workshop Calendar
· Understand and be trained in career development services, and facilitate career development activities as needed: hosting and coordinating virtual events, workshops, and orientation
· Conduct customer outreach for follow-up, invite to appointments and confirming employment status
· Schedule customers for workshops as needed
· Manage inventory for technology and PPE related items, refill copy machines, toner, and printer paper
· Maintain working knowledge of all staff and office-related functions and processes
· Perform other opportunities as available
Required Experience & Education:
· Bilingual Spanish required
· Associate’s Degree required
· Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude to provide exceptional customer service
· Experienced in answering telephones in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
· Knowledge of various types of office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
· Experience in high volume data entry, with accuracy
· Willingness to learn, and take initiative
· Previous office experience required
