About this role

Job Description:

Scope of Position: Oversee performance numbers related to invoicing and prescribed performance goals for the Division Office. The Quality Control Coordinator will also be responsible for the integrity of the participant file folders.



Essential Functions:

Coordinate with the local County Assistance Office regarding participants in the program

Review participant file folders

Scan all participant file folders

Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to billings and performance tracking

Provide regular status reports and other requested data for the Manager and for EDSI administrative staff

Enter data into all systems

Ensure data entered on the required system(s) is current and accurate

Meet deadlines with consistency

Communicate with customers to resolve issues

Attend data meetings as required

Perform monthly data reconciliations

Complete multiple audits monthly including ISO

Other opportunities as available



Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Previous experience with invoicing and billing preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
