Job Description:

Title: Performance and Tracking Program Specialist

Classification: Non-Exempt


Scope of Position: The Performance and Tracking Program Specialist will receive guidance and direction from the Performance Manager and Area Managers and any newly designated special projects and/or special initiatives under Performance and Tracking. The Program Specialist supports Workforce Solutions operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data across all service lines. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, generating performance insights, and supporting data-informed decision-making.


Essential Functions:

· Enter, review, and validate customer records, case notes, and service data in internal systems

· Perform cross-system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies

· Develop and run system queries to support program operations and performance tracking

· Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis

· Support compliance monitoring efforts by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions

· Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols

· Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements

· Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation, reduce errors, and improve reporting efficiency

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, data management, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

· At least 2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, auditing, or performance tracking

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data

· Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity

· Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations
