Sales Manager SME Electromobility (all genders)

Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Verantwortung für das Vertriebsgebiet Deutschland im Marktsegment CRT (Commercial Road Transportation) mit Fokus auf kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen
  • Betreuung und Ausbau eines definierten Kundenportfolios gemäß
    vorgegebener Ziele
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens und seiner Dienstleistungen im Kundenkontakt inklusive produktspezifischer Beratung mit Fokus auf E-Mobilität (AC und DC)
  • Bestandskundenentwicklung durch gezielte Cross- und Upselling-Maßnahmen
  • Monitoring der Umsatz- und Absatzentwicklung, -Ableitung passender Maßnahmen sowie Angebotserstellung und Folgebearbeitung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Transport- oder Speditionswesen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst sowie gute PC-Kenntnisse (Office, Notes, Salesforce) und gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, hohe Dienstleistungs- und Service-
    orientierung sowie sichere Einwandbehandlung im Kundengespräch
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit, gepaart mit
    lösungs- und zielorientierter Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie schneller Auffassungsgabe
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
