Sales Manager Mobility Farming / Vertriebsgebiet Nord (all genders)
in Vollzeit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für das Vertriebsgebiet Norddeutschland gesucht.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen mit Fokus auf
Bestandskunden sowie aktive Übernahme von neuen, durch Hunting
gewonnenen Kunden - Identifikation von Kundenbedarfen und Angebot passgenauer Lösungen
inklusive Cross- und Upselling über das gesamte relevante Portfolio
(insbesondere plusServices und EVAngebote) - Erreichen der Vertriebsziele durch regelmäßige Kundenberatung im
Außendienst zu bestehenden und neuen Produkten sowie durch die gezielte Optimierung von Umsatz- und Ertragszahlen - Markt- und Potentialanalyse, inkl. Erkennen neuer Absatzmöglichkeiten
und datengetriebener Ableitung von Maßnahmen - Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung, inklusive CRM-Pflege, Teilnahme an Projekten und aktiver Beitrag zu einer „Learn & Improve“-Kultur
Dein Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Außendienst, Partner Management oder
vergleichbarer Funktion - Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Verhandlungskompetenzen, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie sicherer Umgang mit Präsentationsmedien
- Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie routinierter Umgang mit Office, Salesforce & Co
- Starke persönliche Kompetenzen wie Selbstmotivation, Teamfähigkeit,
Belastbarkeit, lösungsorientiertes Denken und souveräne Kommunikation - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, kombiniert mit einer hohen Service- und Kundenorientierung

What you'll do
- The Sales Manager will focus on building and developing customer relationships, particularly with existing clients, while also acquiring new clients through proactive hunting. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets through regular customer consultations.
