La risorsa ricercata è un Sales Data Analyst che sarà inserita all’interno della Direzione Marketing. La figura sarà impegnata nell’analisi e monitoraggio delle performance di business, supportando la definizione di modelli per l’ottimizzazione delle stesse.
Principali attività:
Supportare proattivamente il business nell’analisi dei dati strutturando attività di reporting avanzato per il monitoraggio periodico delle performance;
Partecipare attivamente alla definizione e all’analisi dei KPIs funzionali al governo del business implementando dashboard dedicate e presentazioni in power point;
Contribuire allo sviluppo e alla gestione di modelli analitici avanzati per l’ottimizzazione delle performance;
Predisporre attività di chiusura mensile e analisi degli scostamenti proponendo eventuali azioni correttive;
Fornire data driven insights di business alla business unit.

Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in un ruolo analogo o affine, preferibilmente maturati in società di consulenza.
Laurea in materie economico-scientifiche (Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Statistica..)
Padronanza di Excel e Power point
Nice to have: Power BI, Cognos e Salesforce
