DESCRIÇÃO DE FUNÇÕES

Procuramos um Outbound Telesales Account Manager motivado e orientado para resultados, com um forte capacidade de conexão com clientes potenciais e promoção dos nossos produtos/serviços.

Com report direto à Coordenação de Telesales da Edenred Portugal, o Outbound Telesales Account Manager terá como principais funções:

O candidato bem-sucedido será responsável por realizar chamadas outbound, entender as necessidades dos clientes e alcançar metas de vendas ou de alcance.

  • Pesquisar e qualificar novos leads por meio de pesquisa proativa e/ou análise de mercado;

  • Contactar potenciais clientes através de cold calls e/ou emails para apresentação de produtos/serviços da Edenred adequados às suas necessidades;

  • Elaborar propostas e fechar vendas, guiando os clientes pelo processo de compra;

  • Documentar todas as atividades de vendas e dados no CRM da empresa, nomeadamente registo de chamadas / comunicações realizadas e dados de previsão de vendas;

  • Monitorizar e gerir os objetivos e metas a cumprir;

  • Report ao líder da equipa de telesales sobre os resultados das vendas (diária/semanal/mensal);

  • Manter um conhecimento detalhado dos produtos, serviços e estruturas de preços da empresa e do setor;

  • Recolher feedback de clientes ou prospects e compartilhá-lo com equipes internas;

  • Participar em programas de formação dirigidos pela empresa e manager.

REQUISITOS

  • Licenciatura em Negócios, Marketing ou áreas similares, será considerada uma mais-valia;

  • 1 ou 2 anos de experiência comprovada em venda telefónica outbound B2B;

  • Falar fluentemente língua portuguesa e conhecimento da língua inglesa;

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal juntamente com habilidades de escuta ativa;

  • Autonomia, proatividade e capacidade organizacional e de gestão de tempo;

  • Paixão por vendas e resiliente na procuta de oportunidades ou resolução de problemas;

  • À vontade num ambiente de trabalho de ritmo rápido e com elevado volume de chamadas;

  • Proficiência com aplicações informáticas, especialmente com software CRM.
