Objetivo General

Diseñar, liderar y ejecutar estrategias de servicio enfocadas en la fidelización y desarrollo de la cartera de clientes. Esto incluye la optimización de procesos operativos, automatización de actividades, generación y análisis de métricas, mejora continua en la comunicación (interna y externa) e innovación orientada al cliente. Su principal propósito es fortalecer relaciones duraderas y satisfactorias con los clientes, maximizando el cumplimiento de la propuesta de valor, su lealtad y el crecimiento del negocio.

Las principales responsabilidades del rol son:

1. Desarrollar y fidelizar a clientes Key a través del entendimiento y acompañamiento operativo y de servicio, reduciendo atrición de clientes, incrementar su satisfacción y volumen de negocio.

2. Evolucionar el servicio a través del diseño e implementación de soluciones digitales, procesos de autogestión y tecnologías emergentes como inteligencia artificial, chatbots y análisis predictivo.

3. Responsable de velar porque los requerimientos y reclamos de los clientes sean atendidos con eficiencia y eficacia, negociando y definiendo alternativas de solución.

4. Asegurar la incorporación de las mejores prácticas y tendencias de la industria, explorando continuamente nuevas herramientas y metodologías, como inteligencia artificial, automatización y sistemas omnicanal, para mejorar tanto la operación como la experiencia del cliente.

Crear iniciativas centradas en la mejora de la experiencia del cliente, optimizando la percepción del servicio y apuntando al desarrollo y sostenibilidad del negocio.
