Financial Analyst (all genders)

in Vollzeit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unserer Division Finance in Kleinostheim bei Aschaffenburg gesucht.

Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des monatlichen Reportings für Top Management, Konzernmutter, Projektleitungen und Fachbereiche inklusive aussagekräftiger Analysen

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Budget-Upload in die Finanzsysteme sowie aktive Mitwirkung im gesamten Budgetprozess

  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Reports und Analysetools, um Transparenz, Effizienz und Entscheidungsqualität nachhaltig zu verbessern

  • Finance Sparringpartner für Fachabteilungen sowie zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling und Buchhaltung

  • Verantwortung für das CSR-Reporting an die Konzernmutter sowie Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen bei kurzfristigem Bedarf

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling

  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, sowie in HGB und IFRS; Erfahrung mit Cognos TM1 und Oracle HFM von Vorteil

  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit einer selbstständigen, sorgfältigen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise

  • Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative im internationalen Umfeld

  • Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit, insbesondere in intensiveren Planungs- und Abschlussphasen

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Zusammenarbeit auf regionaler und internationaler Ebene
