Estamos em busca de um(a) BDR com perfil consultivo e estratégico, que será responsável por iniciar a abordagem comerciais com leads outbound. Seu papel será entender profundamente o contexto do prospect, levantar informações relevantes e preparar o terreno para o time de vendas fechar negócios com mais eficiência. 

🔍 Responsabilidades 

  • Realizar abordagens consultivas, utilizando as fases iniciais do SPIN Selling (Situação, Problema). 
  • Conduzir conversas investigativas para entender o cenário atual, desafios e oportunidades do Prospect. 
  • Identificar e registrar informações-chave que ajudem na personalização da proposta comercial. 
  • Agendar reuniões qualificadas para o time de vendas (closers). 
  • Colaborar com o time de marketing e inteligência comercial para refinar o perfil dos leads. 
  • Atualizar e organizar dados no CRM com precisão. 
  • Acompanhar indicadores de conversão e performance. 

 

🧠 Requisitos 

  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. 
  • Perfil analítico, curioso e com escuta ativa. 
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas ou pré-vendas B2B. 
  • Familiaridade com metodologias como SPIN Selling, ou técnicas de vendas similares. 
  • Organização e disciplina para lidar com volume e qualidade de contatos. 
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM como Sales Force.
