Como Consultor de Retenção Remoto você será responsável por realizar a gestão do processo de retenção, desenvolver estratégias eficazes para fidelizar e rentabilizar nossa base de clientes, mantendo um excelente relacionamento com o cliente. Você irá se descatar se tiver habilidades de comunicação, ser orientado a resultados e ter uma abordagem proativa na resolução de problemas.
Atividades
- Atuar na retenção dos clientes com risco de perda já identificado;
- Identificar comportamentos que indiquem risco de perda/insatisfação e propor ações para retenção do cliente;
- Contato frequente com os clientes através de ligações ou reuniões on-line para atuar na reversão dos clientes sem utilização.
Pré-requisitos indispensáveis
- Ensino Médio completo, desejável superior em andamento;
- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Excel, Powerpoint e Word);
- Profissional dinâmico, proativo e movido a desafios

What you'll do
- As a Remote Retention Consultant, you will manage the retention process and develop effective strategies to retain and monetize our customer base while maintaining excellent client relationships. You will identify behaviors indicating risk of loss or dissatisfaction and propose actions for customer retention.
