What to expect
As a working student in our Healthcare team, you will gain practical experience in health communications and support us in day-to-day project work. Your main responsibilities include:
Supporting media monitoring activities, including tracking, compiling, and summarizing relevant media coverage.
Conducting desk research on healthcare topics, therapeutic areas, and market developments.
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, briefings, and reports.
Helping organize project materials and maintaining accurate documentation.
Supporting general administrative and coordination tasks within the team.
Collaborating with colleagues across international offices and learning how healthcare communication works in an agency environment.
What you bring
You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
German native speaker with strong comprehension of technical/medical terminology.
Fluent English, as you will often work with international teams and materials.
A structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
Curiosity and a genuine interest in healthcare communication.
Experience in media monitoring or research is a plus, but not required.
