You'll own the strategy for how organizations discover, access, and operationalize AI—shaping products that meet customers where they are while anticipating where the market is heading.</p> <p>This role requires someone who can see around corners. The AI landscape is shifting fast, and our customers are navigating real questions about how to adopt these technologies responsibly and effectively. You'll be the connective tissue between what's technically possible, what the market demands, and what customers actually need to succeed.</p> <p><strong>Your impact will be:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and drive product strategy for generative AI and agentic capabilities, ensuring our PG AI platform helps enterprises move from experimentation to real business value</li> <li>Maintain a sharp perspective on the evolving AI landscape—understanding how foundation models, agents, and emerging architectures are reshaping enterprise workflows and decision-making</li> <li>Engage directly with customers to understand their AI adoption challenges, use cases, and the barriers standing between them and meaningful outcomes</li> <li>Translate market dynamics and customer insights into a clear product vision and roadmap that positions us to win</li> <li>Partner closely with engineering to shape product direction, navigate technical tradeoffs, and deliver experiences that are both powerful and accessible</li> <li>Collaborate across go-to-market teams to develop positioning, messaging, and strategies that resonate with enterprise buyers</li> <li>Influence stakeholders at all levels—building alignment around a shared vision in a space where everyone has opinions and the ground is constantly shifting</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven product management experience with a focus on strategy and market-facing work, not just delivery</li> <li>Strong command of the generative AI and agentic ecosystem—you understand the capabilities, limitations, and enterprise implications of these technologies</li> <li>The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value and business outcomes</li> <li>Excellent collaboration and influence skills—you know how to partner with engineering as equals, align diverse stakeholders, and drive decisions in ambiguous environments</li> <li>Direct experience working with enterprise customers on AI adoption, data strategy, or related domains</li> <li>Sharp product instincts and the ability to synthesize customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and market trends into a differentiated point of view</li> <li>Clear, compelling communication—you can articulate a vision that gets engineers, executives, and customers equally excited</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 11pt;">EDB is committed to supporting our employees' overall well being by offering a range of benefits and resources to promote a healthy work-life balance and wellness.
