This role is pivotal in managing and supporting our workspace solutions, including Okta, Google Workspace, and other critical services such as Workspace One and Slack. The ideal candidate will have a solid background as an Okta administrator with experience performing SSO integrations, coupled with a security-first mindset to ensure our workspace technologies remain secure.</p> <p><strong>What your impact will be:</strong></p> <p>Okta Administration:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and support multiple Okta environments.</li> <li>Create and maintain SSO integrations with SaaS applications.</li> <li>Engineer and maintain zero trust authentication policies.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta and SSO integrations.</li> </ul> <p>Workspace Solutions &amp; End-User Support:</p> <ul> <li>Support and manage workspace and collaboration solutions including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft O365, and Zoom.</li> <li>Provide support for tickets escalated through the Helpdesk.</li> </ul> <p>Workspace One Management:</p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop, maintain, and deploy software packages via Workspace One.</li> <li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Engineer security baselines for Mac and Windows endpoints.</li> <li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless operation and security of endpoints.</li> </ul> <p>Collaboration and Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Work effectively in a remote environment, ensuring clear and consistent communication with the team.</li> <li>Engage with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives forward.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as an Okta administrator with SSO integration expertise.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft O365 administration.</li> <li>Experience with Mac and Windows endpoints.</li> <li>Strong understanding of security principles and practices for endpoint management.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.</li> <li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What will give you an edge:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Workspace One or similar endpoint management solutions.</li> <li>Experience with Zoom system administration.</li> <li>Familiarity with Slack and other collaboration tools.</li> <li>Linux and Windows scripting experience (bash and Powershell)</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 11pt;">EDB is committed to supporting our employees' overall well being by offering a range of benefits and resources to promote a healthy work-life balance and wellness.
